We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the customer is under 18. Hookah Hub is not responsible for any misuse of products by minors.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

Hookah and vape products involve the use of tobacco, nicotine, or related substances. These products:

  • Are harmful to health and may cause addiction
  • Are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant women, or persons with heart or respiratory conditions
  • Should be used responsibly and in accordance with local laws

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders require 100% advance payment via JazzCash before processing
  • Orders are only confirmed after payment is received and verified
  • Hookah Hub reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is made within 3-5 business days across Pakistan
  • Hookah Hub is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability
