At Hookah Hub, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time, anywhere in Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

🚚 Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

💳 Payment Before Dispatch

All orders require 100% advance payment via JazzCash before they are processed and dispatched. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Your order will only be confirmed and shipped after payment is received and verified.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT
  • You will receive a WhatsApp/email confirmation once your order is dispatched
  • A tracking number will be shared with you upon dispatch

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Hookah Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply
