How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are processed the same day.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and more.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount – check our current promotions for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order on our Track Order page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept advance payment only via our official JazzCash Merchant Account. No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

How do I make payment via JazzCash?
After placing your order, you will receive our JazzCash merchant details via WhatsApp or email. Simply send the full payment amount and share your payment screenshot with us to confirm your order.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders require 100% advance payment via JazzCash before dispatch.
Why advance payment only?
To ensure smooth order processing and protect both our customers and our business, we operate on a fully prepaid model. Your payment is safe – we only dispatch after confirming your payment receipt.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologise if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +447735394363 with photos of the item, and we will resolve it immediately.

How do I set up a hookah for the first time?
Setting up a hookah is simple: fill the base with water (just above the downstem), attach the shaft, place the bowl on top, pack your shisha, cover with foil or an HMD, and place lit coals on top. For a detailed guide, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp.
What type of coals should I use?
We recommend natural coconut shell coals for the best flavour and longest burn time. Quick-light coals are convenient but may slightly affect flavour.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. We source all our products directly from authorised distributors and trusted suppliers. Every product sold at Hookah Hub is 100% authentic.
