⏰ Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Item is unused and in its original condition
Item is in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened or used hookah flavours / shisha tobacco
Opened or used vape flavours / e-liquids
Used hookah coals
Disposable vape devices (once opened)
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds are issued via JazzCash to your registered account
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
